| Beskrivning | The author performed a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, by applying ultrasonic or placebo underwater treatment to both hands of 50 rheumatoid arthritis patients. A number of clinical parameters improved significantly in the treated group compared with the placebo group, although improvement was observed in several cases of the placebo group as well.
